Mom Of Viral 3-Year-Old Soccer Player Speaks Out
CBS Mornings spoke with the mother of the viral 3-year-old soccer phenom, Nevada Pierre, about having the director of their son’s soccer league call the police on them.
Martasia Griffin is giving their side of the story saying she was simply trying to be a part of a huddle between the league director, coaches and other parents who were discussing her son’s level of play. Police bodycam footage went viral of the league director accusing her of “being disruptive”, but there has been no video evidence of yelling or calling names. Griffin believes jealousy was the motivation behind the call.
Little Nevada is now training at the EJE7 soccer academy who says it’s “like a former great player reincarnated into his body.” His mom is fielding business calls and says Jay-Z’s Roc Nation is sending Nevada to Spain to train next month!
